Amamiya rina, born in kyoto but live in tokyo in her parents friend house due to her studying at teikou middle school. in that house she also live with shintaro midorima the son of her parents friends. since the basket club that shin participate, take much longer than her art club, rina decide go home alone (don't like sport) and due to her awful sense of direction she get lost until night. and the person who extend his hand that time is seijuuro akashi. learned from that incident, rina decide to just wait for shintaro in the first string gymnasium after her art club. in there she meets again with akashi. akashi always kind and smile warmly and when the two of them accidentally meet akashi always the first one who greet and talk to rina. it's so different with rina, who just secretly gazing at him, and when akashi realize her gaze, rina quickly looked away then hide her blushing face. make shintaro as an excuses, rina always go to gymnasium everyday then begin to liking akashi and keep her one-side love. until one day, akashi suddenly change. the kind and warm figure of akashi change into absolute and dictator. he even told rina to stay away from gym if she doesn't have any bussiness on there. since then, everyone and everything change. buried her broken and hopeless feeling for akashi in the bottom of her heart, rina now begin her new life as high student.
