Note: This is a Bleach fanfic set in America which goes further on the concept set up in the Burn The Witch series in that there are multiple branches of the Soul Society. In this one we see another 13 Court Guard Squads who handle the Americas. One afternoon at Berchwood High School, a young boy named Kenji Kaiba encountered a hollow for the first time. He fought it bravely as it attempted to devour his friends. Then the moment before it was all over for his friends, a Soul Reaper named Inari Himura appeared and was able to distract the hollow for a time. She too was pushed to the point of losing, then in a moment of desperation Kenji agreed to the transfer of Soul Reaper powers and saved his friends. Then as their time together went along, Inari was located and forced to return to the Soul Society for her transgressions. Kenji and his allies then dedicated themselves to saving Inari, but as their mission progresses an even more diabolical plot began to surface. Out of nowhere the true masterminds of the diabolical plot surfaced a brand new threat appeared and Kenji and his new and old allies now put everything on the line to protect the world and the Soul King

Sora is a sixteen year old girl who had a hard past. When she was five years old she died and was moved to the soul society alone. When she awoke, she found two swords, her Zanpakuto, and a hollow. Everyday she trained, perfecting the skills. Seven years later, she found a tortured three year old child named Hana. Sora raised this child like herself, to fight. Four years later, Sora and Hana continue to train and fight, killing hollows in the process. One night Hana notices something wrong with the sky in the Seireitei. A Kurosaki's hair was special because of the power it held, and that power made it the scarlet color that it was. A Kurosaki's hair must never be cut. A Kurosaki's hair is a shield and must only be let down in the company of close family and those they trust the most. A Kurosaki's hair showcases the pride and noble standing of the Kurosaki Clan. That night changed the course of Ichigo's life and all those that will come into it. One universe, Masaki never spoke of her Quincy heritage or her clan.
