The bloodlust never disappears-it's only restrained. To stop society from collapsing, governments around the world build control organizations. Their job is to contain the infected, monitor them, and train healthy individuals to face them. These "controllers" are taught how to resist fear, overpower infected humans, and make hard decisions when things go wrong. Blue Lock is one of those organizations. It's a closed, high-security facility where infected individuals who still have control are sent, alongside uninfected trainees being shaped into enforcers. Inside Blue Lock, everyone is constantly tested-physically, mentally, and morally. Among the new recruits is Rio Teieri, the younger brother of Anri Teieri.
