This is a rewrite of Special Week's racing career from season 1 of the anime but generally more grounded and with changes and tweaks. The tone is closer to the shonen and seinen genre, a sports-drama, like the Cinderella Gray series but not really a sequel nor a follow up of it, and the characters might be tweaked with their characterizations.
