In an alternate future, the United States of America is an absolute monarchy ruled by the incredibly powerful Washington family. King Eli and Queen Violet's eldest child, Princess Serena, has recently turned 21, meaning that she is of age to start her Selection. Since Serena is openly pansexual, she has invited 25 women and 25 men to compete in her Selection. Only one person will marry Serena in the end. Will that be you?

Prince Alastair needs to get married to break a curse that was placed on him when he was a baby. The curse is said to not affect him until he's 21 years old. No one knows exactly what the curse will do (except the king, queen, and prince who keep it to themselves), but the only way to break it is true loves kiss. His parents decide to host a selection on his 21st birthday to try to find his soulmate as soon as possible so the curse won't last long. TW: homophobia
