June has never been one to open up. But a series of letters has her pouring her feelings out to a stranger. The journey of healing is often more satisfying than the destination. This story deals with anxiety disorders and selective mutism. This is something I've struggled with since I was a small child and this story is loosely based around my life and experiences. Hopefully this gives some insight into what it's like to not be able to speak or go somewhere without fear. It took me a very long time to find my voice, but the journey was freeing. - Amanda

Dawn feels alone, cold and broken; unable to escape the cold metal blade and the self-inflicted scars that haunt her in her darkest thoughts as she fights to breathe, to feel, to survive. Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is an exhaust aftertreatment process that minimises the harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions produced by diesel engines. The SCR reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) molecules to molecular nitrogen and water vapour. A nitrogen-based reducing agent, such as ammonia, is used to trigger a chemical reaction in a catalytic converter that turns pollutants into harmless gasses.

UNSPOKEN Mutula is only seven when she sees her father's throat slit, she is left mute from the shock of the experience, and angry that no one believes her when she scribbles the killers name down. The after church visits with the Lesley's are going smoothly for fourteen year old Teddy Riley and then she make's a fatal mistake. The door of Old Elvis's tribute room is left slightly ajar, Teddy foolishly wanders in. Moments later Miss Lesley is beaten within an inch of her life. Teddy barely makes it out; she is found shivering from a seizure outside her uncle's house. The nightmares won't stop and the fits are more frequent. Hell bent on revenge Teddy seeks out an alliance with Mutula. If they can break into the Old Elvis tribute room and rob Raymond Lesley of his priceless Elvis collection he's bound to turn. Everyone will see what a lunatic Raymond Lesley is, no matter where he sits at church. Nervous and frightened the two girls bring in a lookout. Ben Everett is the only white boy in the neighbourhood, private and fearless Mutula is instantly intrigued. Teddy asks him for help Convinced he's the man for the job unable to predict disaster. On the night Ben isn't showing up, Teddy collapses on the floor of Old Elvis's tribute room. Mutula is left to face another real problem, the woman who's protected Raymond Lesley's secret for all these years.
