My legs burned as I pushed myself to run faster. I took a sharp turn into the alleyway, and realized I was trapped. He was suddenly in front of me, his hands up in surrender. What was she supposed to do when on her 16 birthday she couldn't hid it anymore. Her powers that is. Selena is Kinetic you see, when she was a baby, she was chosen by some mystical force to be what she is. Selena can do things others can't, like control the earth, the weather, move things with her mind; she can basically do anything she sets her mind to, including controlling humans, if they're weak minded enough. Selena knows her and the other people like her were given these powers to defeat some great enemy. But who is the enemy?
