The sun was setting when these words were written on a record book. I put down everything that I can remember from 1995 until now. It's all about the views of some famous people and some of the good people along with the corrections I have received from older people that I have met. Ah Ha moments when we realize the depth our close friends and family really lay. How shaky our dependable support systems in place really are. How semantically decorated bonds between people can be, to fit an image that they wish to be. But when the curtains lifted, reality and truth a bit shifted. Encourages people to stay positive even in the face of adversity to bring each other up for a better home to live for everyone.

The concept of reinvigorating individual managerial environment is based on the conviction that personal growth can be achieved only by giving one's best to the organization. It involves striving to think how best to give, than being preoccupied with what can be got from the organization, and this equally applies to the citizen and the state.

Here comes part where we all claim ourselves, In ways that don't cast a shadow. Ahh ! Privacy... How I adore your presence and admire your subtlety. How I just want to snuggle in your warm blankets and write odes about myself. As fickle and selfish it may sound, I need your blank sheet to express myself. You guide our filthy habits to solitude and stretch your canvas to things not quite ready for the world. Underrated and cynical beings will haunt you and paint your beautiful familiarity with fallen aspirations and jaded thoughts. But believe in me for I am not a monotonous being of daydreams and hard liquor. Peace.
