A Self-Help book to supporting your mental health. I wrote this book as a way to support my own mental health. I've struggled with mental health for a lot of my life and I hope this book can help you as much as it helps me. I talk about different areas of mental health explaining these issues, my experiences of it and what you can do to support your mental health.

A collection of SHORT stories

Nico's been in the infirmary for a week, stupid 'health issues'. Sure he's inhumanly skinny, low on blood, PTSD, constantly tortured by nightmares, and terrified of himself but how bad can that be? One night he has had enough of trying to go to sleep and walks outside, sitting on the porch. A decision that proves to be one of the best he has ever made, though it's not much of a contest in Nico's mind. Can be read one-shots but in my mind is more of a story NO SMUT

A poem about reflecting on the inner workings of the self-conscious mind. This came during a time when I really started focusing on who I really am, WHAT I am, why I belong, etc. - all the questions that I was occasionally told were pointless by people whom I looked to for these important answers. Following little support from those around me on my impossible quest for knowledge of the unknown (the self) and the "true" nature of things, I became obsessed with introspection about my mind itself. This led then led to the creation of this abstract description of consciousness.
