A Self-Help book to supporting your mental health. I wrote this book as a way to support my own mental health. I've struggled with mental health for a lot of my life and I hope this book can help you as much as it helps me. I talk about different areas of mental health explaining these issues, my experiences of it and what you can do to support your mental health.

Nico's been in the infirmary for a week, stupid 'health issues'. Sure he's inhumanly skinny, low on blood, PTSD, constantly tortured by nightmares, and terrified of himself but how bad can that be? One night he has had enough of trying to go to sleep and walks outside, sitting on the porch. A decision that proves to be one of the best he has ever made, though it's not much of a contest in Nico's mind. Can be read one-shots but in my mind is more of a story NO SMUT

Meet the girl that doesn't speak. Angela Rizcoffe, age 17. It's not like she's a mute, but she keeps her voice hidden from everyone at school. And no, her voice isn't terrible or sounds like a boy, it's because she has a stutter. A stutter that she knew people would laugh at her for because she's different, since she was picked on for it at her old school. But then she meet someone and couldn't hold her voice back anymore when it came to him. The reason why? He's different too.

Short story told in poems, about a girl that got bullied. She never stood up for herself or did anything so they would leave her alone, because her parents taught her to remain silent. Brianna was a girl who would keep to herself. Never really had feelings for anyone. She never really would let her guard down. She was totally the girl everyone wanted to know but truthfully was a very quiet girl. And one day she meets a guy. His name is Austin. They instantly had a connection that grows and they go through a lot but the truth is was Brianna ready to uncover everything about herself to him.

I've created this poem to represent people who are self conscious and ashamed of themselves.♡🌹So if you notice someone really doesn't want to be looked at here is a little explanation to why they may feel this way. It's not necessarily that they are ashamed of themselves. They are just afraid of being viewed the way that they view themselves inside of their minds. Or how they were once viewed by other people in their lives at one point. ♡: So please be understanding!
