"...I didn't care. Because by early Saturday morning, every careful, calculated piece of my life was about to shatter in a total crash of fate..." 🖤 Eli's world is fracturing. His father skipped town, and his mother is slipping into old, vicious habits. Between keeping his two younger brothers safe, managing life in a strange new town, and walking on eggshells around a mother drowning in whiskey, his existence is an exercise in survival. But his waking life holds a darker terror: the blackouts. Hours vanish, memory fails, and he is left terrified of what he's capable of in the missing time. The only quiet in his head is a recurring dream-a stranger in a heavy hoodie, an emerald ring, and a scent of citrus. He thinks she's just a harmless glitch in his sleep, a phantom he can leave behind when morning hits. But when reality violently crashes into his quiet spaces, Eli discovers his strangest dream is no longer staying behind his closed eyes. 💚 ⚠️ Content Warnings: Substance abuse, family trauma/neglect, psychological distress/blackouts, and mild violence/gore. Contains mature themes, heavy angst, and slow-burn tension.⚠️

Just wanted to get some heavy things off of my mind and chest and forget all the rest. And dig down deep into my core and to let the whole world know that when it comes to being me, there is so much more. And I'm not through yet and finally giving myself, the love and respect that I deserve. So forget what you think you know, seen, or have heard. For what has occurred as one might ask, for this right here is The Aftermath....

Dear readers! I wonder, who am I talking to now? Who are all of you? What lives do you have? Do you feel happy and peaceful? You show on social media only small parts of your life, whhich are visible only with small parts, like a concert from dark hall whose light and electricity system has severe impairments, like a blurry vision from wet window due to snow or heavy rain, like only eyes of a person are visible when he or she looks in very small mrror. Oh, I enjoy all of those comparisons too much...To be simple. you demonstrate only part of your life on media., rest remains unknown because you do not manage or do not wish to present. Will some of experiences described here resonate with you and seem painfully or blissfully familiar/ Will some monents seem like nightmarish, while others - like impossible dream, like beautiful distant fairy tale? Many of you will dream of life like this family. characters of this book, although not so few of you can pitty and be horrified as well.Because our worl are both wonderful and violent. changeable and constant at the same time. So I am trying my best not to confuse you, not to make you want to sleep for a short time and not to bore you. I am collecting my thoughts, but sometimes they just carry me away...I am sorry for writing from myself using the world"I" so often, it might seem to be arrogant and selfish. So I wull try to use "they".,"Those people", "this perosn", "the boy", "the girl", "the child", "the lady", "The gentleman", "the guy", "the girl", "the woman" "the men"/ "guys", "ladies", "girls", "boys", "kids", "adults"

      فصول 110
The Mental Health Epidemic has been part of our society and our whole universe for decades and yet many of us (not a huge fraction of the whole world) are working on breaking the stigma around the epidemic, spreading awareness and light to the subject, promoting positive mental health, sharing all our stories tied to the issue and overall helping the rest of the society contributing to setting all those suffering and living with mental illness (in silence and those in the working process of speaking up about their illness overall the whole epidemic) free of the nasty yet deadly stigma and discrimination linked to the issue. This issue is in the process of moving forward and improving this Epidemic for a greater result in the world but we all still have a long way to go. We have accomplished a small achievement of having more of society viewing depression and anxiety disorder not taboo as seen before, but still others like schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder plus many others still are still being seen as taboo. As a weakness, a fault in someone, failure, etc. We need to continue our parts in this moment with solving this huge, yet ever so important Epidemic to help save others from suicide, and severe medical issues. Along with being silenced by the stigma and discrimination around the issue itself. People don't realise how much harm they are doing with the words they choose when speaking to their loved ones, friends, co-workers until it's either too late or things that involve taking big risks (which in cases like this, are very well supported and wise; along with being helpful with making change in this issue without forcing or demanding others to view the issue/illnesses in a postive light. And so this book is here (send me a message if you want your stories, articles, thoughts included here) to inspire, encourage others that they are not alone and that life gets better. It just happens gradually, not overnight.

When Olive Leaves Fall A Halal Slow-Burn Romance Lina Ameen is not waiting for a love story. She's building a life structured, intentional, and unapologetically faith-rooted. Between coaching women and studying Islamic psychology, her days are busy, focused, and guarded. She's not cold, just cautious. Not loveless, just patient. Then there's Hamza Rafiq. A quiet contractor who shows up to fix a broken boiler and somehow cracks open a part of her she didn't know was locked. He's respectful, grounded, and oddly poetic when he doesn't mean to be. But there's more to him than he lets on and he's not the type to reveal himself easily. As their paths continue to cross in the quietest, most inconvenient ways, what begins as respectful distance slowly becomes something neither of them asked for and both of them fear. But in a world of shallow interactions and rushed emotions, maybe a love built on faith, awkward silences, and mutual growth is worth waiting for. Especially when it begins where all things rooted in barakah begin with sincerity, silence, and a little bit of tea.

This is not just a memoir. It is the story of a quiet war. During my New Year resolution to reduce sugar, I discovered that the real enemy was not sweets it was my own cravings. Every day was a battlefield. Every dessert, a temptation. Every "no" I whispered felt like a small victory. This is the story of discipline versus desire... and the fragile strength of self-control... If you ever tried quitting something you love.. then I am sure you can relate ..
