Echoes Beneath the Skin follows Ellen, who takes a job at a mysterious medical company in a remote town. As she settles into an old house, she experiences disturbing occurrences and uncovers a sinister experiment that feeds on its subjects. Trapped in a living nightmare, Ellen realizes she's become part of the experiment and can't escape its growing darkness.
