The world of Enco holds fifteen countries, bound by uneasy peace. An environmentalist monarchy next to a gold-digging oligarchy. A cold war between an unstable federation and an authoritarian empire. Old rivalries and dark history still loom over the affairs of all countries; neutrality seems too far to reach. Ventus Sagittarius, a young Konic legislator with ADHD and OCD, is more comfortable at home playing music and writing policies than being spotlighted on the world stage, and has been suddenly tasked with becoming his country's diplomat to mediate peace between countries that don't trust each other. People question his inexperience; he questions his incompetence, yet deep down, he knows what the world needs. A story, a poem, a question, an answer, an opinion, it could be anything. But the deal is that I write 1 page of any of it; for 100 days.. This is a 100 day writing challenge I took upon myself so that I could develop some consistency and discipline in my crazy, unregulated, havoc-wrecking lifestyle. Go ahead, read and lemme know how you feel. Constructive criticism will always be appreciated. Happy reading!! Love and peace✌ ..... Getting there, yeah..

This is going to be one of my MOST important writing on Medium . Here's why: They said wisdom only comes with age. Can't be true anymore. If only I could rewind time, this is what I would say to my younger self: Choose your friends wisely. Your circle is a direct representation of your future. Your friends directly influence every area of your life consciously and unconsciously as well. Place yourself in the right environment. If you want to thrive and if you want to grow into the best version of your life. Look around you right now, is the environment making or breaking you? If you're still in your school or university realm, please join communication clubs such as Toastmasters or etc. I know there are tons of organizations out there with specialized niche but here's what I am about to say: "If you know how to present yourself through the way you speak, you are about to win BIG in life. Really big." Take care of yourself. Put yourself first. Look after your overall being. If you brush and polish yourself daily, trust me one day you're going to be the brightest star in the sky. Invest in personal development from the very young. "The greatest and safest investment in this entire Universe is always going to be you. Invest in yourself and you shall receive the highest return ever." If you can apply these 3 key wisdoms into your life trust me you are about to bypass or even reach to your destination within the shortest run. Comment on what's one advise you would give to your younger self? Yours, Asrajjit Kaur

Let's keep it sweet, simple and short just for you. Gratitude How do you expect to receive more in life when you're not even grateful for what you have right now? It is so important for you to express gratitude daily in fact have a gratitude journal. Write down everything and everybody that you're grateful for. In fact you can incorporate this verbally through meditation. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone eh! Live in the now Inspired by Eckhart Tolle by his magnificent book "The Power of Now" changed the way I look at life right now. With the fast pace of technology there's no "stop" sign for us in fact it's symbolized as a "delay" in today's world! Therefore it's ever important for us to appreciate the now moment for the now. To give the best version of yourself to the person right in front of you and to give your full attention to the thing that you're working on now. Yes I know it's so important to have that future vision as well because that's what we are working for right? But we need to find the fine margin of balance between now and later. That's when I believe we would strive as a balanced human species. Read You know what they say: "Readers are leaders." It doesn't have to be a fixed timeline, pick up the right book anytime you can and even if it's for a minute that's okay! You're still putting in that effort for yourself. It is the intention that counts at the end of the day and this is a fact!

They were so different. So fucking different. But at the same time so much alike. He was a shot into the sky, and she was a poem that didn't rhyme. When the circumstances that brought them together were so complicated and precise, one would say that they were actually meant to meet. Whether they were meant to fall for each other is a entirely different question. (I wrote this when I was 15 so I'm sorry if it burns your eyes to read it lol)

How is it possible that journaling can change your life? You wouldn't believe if I said this because it's going to feel so surreal but I am here to let you know the changes that you're about to experience is so profound where you wouldn't even believe it's actually happening. Your mental health is going to improve significantly I can't run away from the fact that how ONE simple habit can impact your mindset significantly. Didn't they said this once? "It is usually the smallest step that holds the greatest impact in your life." That's exactly what journaling does my friend. In simple term, journaling is an act of writing but the key here is to treat it like a therapy. The only difference is you don't need to pay. It is completely FREE. You can do it anytime and anywhere just by yourself. Another fun fact is that there's no fear of judgment over here. Sometimes in life we don't need opinion/feedback/consolation/motivation in fact sometimes we just want to be HEARD. Our thoughts need EARS. Our thoughts need ATTENTION. They just need to be released and that's where your journal comes into play my friend. Here are some hacks of journaling that I've compiled over the years: Treat journaling as if you're speaking to your therapist. Make journaling your positive stress coping mechanism. There's no specific structure/system for you to specifically follow. Instead be free. Let yourself loose and go with the flow. Write whatever you're feeling right now. Write the mixed thoughts that is running all over your mind right now. Release all the mental energy and emotions that is compressed within your being right now. Once you do this I promise you this. You are going to feel an instant energy shift. Do you know why? As you're writing you are actually releasing the tension from your being directly through your pencil/pen flowing into your journal. You are going to feel so much lighter and if you would ask me "How is this going to improve my mental health?"
