In a world obsessed with answers, there's a fool who only asks questions. THE FOOL KING is a philosophical poetry collection about a lost soul exploring the deepest paradoxes of existence: Who am I when I'm constantly changing? What is real when everything feels like illusion? How do I find truth in a life built on beautiful lies? Through fragmented verses and raw introspection, this collection doesn't pretend to have answers. Instead, it traces one consciousness's journey through confusion, where every realization births a new question, and wisdom lives in not knowing. This is for the overthinkers. For the lost. For those brave enough to admit they're both. For readers who've ever felt too much in a world that tells them to feel less. Author's Note: This collection is an honest exploration of confusion, identity, and the spaces between knowing and not knowing. It's philosophical, sometimes messy, and often questioning-much like the process of writing it. I don't claim to have answers. I only know that asking the questions matters. Thank you for joining the fool's journey.

He was physically stronger, taller and unsurprisingly older than everyone else in the grade. His reputation was bad although he had not caused much trouble. Despite never sharing a word with Akesh, Nethuka knew almost everything about him. Almost everything the rumours that fell on his ears carried. And all he had heard made him come to one conclusion. And that was never to cross paths with Akesh. But what would happen after Akesh [quite literally] crashed in to his life full speed on his motorbike , smashing the doors of their family owned business? πŸ’œπŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ’™ "So you don't like things that are hot or spicy?" Akesh asked as he landed on the seat next to Nethuka. "Or salty" Nethuka added avoiding Akesh's obvious gaze upon him. "I see." "I'm more in to sweet stuff" He took a bite off of his strawberry doughnut and looked suspiciously at Akesh who was trying his best to hide a smirk. "WHAT? There's something wrong with it?" Nethuka frowned as he saw no reason for Akesh to laugh. How very rude of him! "Nah....nooo" Akesh's smile grew in to a laughter as he looked at Nethuka's offended face. Nethuka's dark eyebrows joined as he glared at him suspiciously while chewing the bite he took from the doughnut quite vigorously imagining it to be Akesh's head. "WHAT!" He yelled at Akesh who was laughing histerically as soon as he swallowed it down. "Nothing" Said Akesh looking at Nethuka in the eye. And for a second he felt lost in those bead like black eyes of the boy before him. "Nah.. nothing". He stuttered wiping the tears that came in to his eyes because of laughing too much. _____ ongoing/add to ur reading lists mature chapters will be rated 18+ if you want to skip it~ Weekly updates on every Sunday

Thalia reflects on her childhood memories, filled with her mother's music and their shared love for the ocean, symbolized by a surfboard adorned with turtle stickers. As she revisits their old home, she feels a poignant mix of nostalgia and pain from her mother's abandonment. Seeking solace, Thalia heads to the beach, where memories and whispers about her mother, Tala, haunt her. Caught in the surf, she nearly drowns, only to be reminded of her loss upon reaching the shore. There, she encounters a struggling turtle hatchling, which mirrors her own fight against the currents of life. This encounter sparks a moment of clarity for Thalia. She realizes that, like the little turtle, she too must find her own way. Embracing a renewed sense of purpose, Thalia helps the hatchling reach the ocean and resolves to carve out her own path, honoring her past while looking forward to a future shaped by her own strength and resilience. As the sun sets, she heads back home, surfboard in hand, ready to face whatever comes next, one wave at a time.
