Halloween is the one night a year when gender stops asking follow up questions. For everyone else, it is costumes and candy. For him, it is relief. At eighteen, he is not confused, not ashamed, and not being punished into femininity. He knows what he likes. He knows clothes are not magic. He knows confidence is learned, not unlocked. So for one October day, he opts out of explanations. No backstory. No statements. No think pieces. Just a dress, a plan, and a world that finally agrees not to interrogate him. Told with humor, honesty, and grounded reality, Gender's Day Off is a novella about femininity without fantasy shortcuts, gender expression without shame, and the quiet power of choosing yourself even temporarily. Because sometimes the most radical thing you can do is take the day off.

The Inventory of Silence.. (a working progress) "How much can a man carry before the engine breaks in two?" We are masters of the "fine." We trade in iron masks, and stoic nods while the truth remains buried in the shadows. The Inventory of Silence is a real, unapologetic accounting of the things men don't say. It strips away the bravado to reveal the crushing weight of the quiet hours. These poems are for the men who are tired of holding it together-and for everyone who needs to know they aren't alone in the dark. The silence is heavy. It's time to put it down. - Pete

Boy, Unarmored: Things I Don't Say Out Loud is a collection of deeply personal poems about what it means to live honestly in your own skin. These pages move through ordinary days and private battles - work stress and quiet ambition, depression and resilience, love and loss, longing and healing. Some poems explore sexuality and masculinity. Others sit in grief. Some linger in softness. Some push back against it. At its core, this book isn't about one identity. It's about being human - complicated, contradictory, tired, hopeful, afraid, brave. Written without armor and without apology, these poems come from late nights, early mornings, breakrooms, car rides, and the in-between spaces where we actually live. If you've ever carried more than you let on, this collection is for you.

Above all else, I've given up the razor blades and scissors and I picked up a pen. The words flow right out of my soul just like my blood used to. I can stand proudly and say I did it. But that's just one of the challenges I've faced. There are so many more... Some beg me to retreat and call up old scars but I refuse to give in and I grab my pen. My pen and notebook are my new razorblades and scissors. Please enjoy the poetry we make together. ~T.B.

Almost Okay is a collection of ten poems written in the quiet moments between panic and peace. Through themes of anxiety, depression, numbness, and resilience, this anthology offers a soft voice for those who keep going - not because it's easy, but because they must. For anyone who's ever smiled when they wanted to scream, who writes instead of cries, who's still here even when it hurts - this is for you. You're not alone. You were never alone. This collection explores mental health themes in a gentle, non-triggering way. If you're struggling, know that help exists - and you deserve it.
