Lia. She's strong, hard working, smart, kind, and a natural beauty that just radiates joy and peace. She has never stayed in one place for to long because of her mothers work and she didn't mind that much because she understood why. Her mom then decides to finally settle in one place so Lia can have a normal, stable life like other teenagers. Lia doesn't mind until her life in that small town turns upside down. And it all started with friends and two boys.

We are all running from something. In this raw poetry series, The Architecture of the Choose, I explore heartbreak-the fear of being vulnerable again, and the crushing reality of love that didn't choose you back. We play the games of Pretending and Ignoring, hoping the chaser never catches up. But what happens when you finally stop? This is a journey of outrunning the pain, only to realize the only way forward is to stand still and feel it all. These poems are the words I was too scared to write. This is the weight I am finally ready to put down. Poetry | Heartbreak | Mature Themes

Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good. This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change this. We shouldn't be allowing it to determine whether we should be happy, successful or loved. Enough is enough. Start living. You deserve it all now. I give thanks to anyone who reads this collection, it's appreciated with all my heart and if you also happen to hit the little vote button, you have my eternal gratitude ❤️.

random things I wrote in my weight-loss Journey about motivation and having none sometimes having faith in yourself when you don't or when others don't. not seeing any results but still having faith in yourself. Fitness part of my life. Didn't realize how big I was getting how much I was way. Last time I ever weighed myself I was 180 and then a year later. I got a swimmer's ear so I had to go to the doctor. And I weight myself there I weigh 203. I kind of felt like my life was over when I saw that number. And I always thought I didn't weigh a 200 pounds I wasn't well now I'm here what have I done to myself? I started to work out constantly making it a priority no matter what. And the first three months I lost 20 lb. And then I got sick that went off and on or a couple of months so it's kind of like a setback. When I know this what really help as I completely stop drinking so much sweetie tea and replace it with water. And finally I lost 10 more pounds. making that 30. I want to lose at least 50 lb or more. I least want to weigh a 150 or less. This is how my fitness Journey Begins

Reflections within midway of transformation. The horror of rebirth. These stories embody pain, trauma, injustice, joy, and hope. This is a gift to my past and future self. This work contains the difficult emotions I felt during the pandemic. These are stories of bitter truth and feral imagination. A delicate blend of fiction and autobiography. These poems reflect my transition from child to adult. This book is my catharsis. I hope my work inspire you to find your personal healing. May each and every one of us be blessed. Let us live on and be human.
