Jenna's world was turned upside down on what should have been the perfect Christmas dinner. Surrounded by her boyfriend, his family, and friends, she discovers weeks of lies, manipulation, and infidelity. But heartbreak becomes her catalyst. Alone and unbroken, Jenna explores new passions-photography and writing-transforming her pain into art. Her talent captures the attention of the world, gaining her followers, recognition, and eventually national acclaim. But her ex refuses to stay out of her life. He attacks her online, tries to claim credit for her achievements, and even breaks legal boundaries, threatening everything she's built. Jenna, however, rises above. Through perseverance, creativity, and self-belief, she thrives beyond his reach, proving that independence is more powerful than manipulation. From betrayal to empowerment, from heartbreak to triumph, "The Christmas Dinner" is a story of resilience, self-discovery, and unshakable strength.

    > For you- the reason my words learned patience. > "Ye kahani un palon ki hai jo humne saath bitaye, aur un palon ki jo tumhare bina guzre. Har muskaan, har chhoti baat, aur har khamoshi ke peeche ek kahani chhupi hai. Ye kitaab kisi ko rokne ke liye nahi, bas un lamhon ko zinda rakhne ke liye likhi gayi hai. Padhte waqt, thoda sa muskurayein, aur shayad apne dil ke ek kone mein un palon ko mehsoos karein."

For Once The Ending Comes First When James was brought onto trial for murder, Sarah focused on the story, not on the truth. She was a (foster) mom, after all, and who else but her would fight for her kid? But the problem with balancing on a web of feeble truths and broken lies is just that: it's thin and snaps just as quickly as it was built. Sarah struggles to navigate her life as she plunges into a new relationship with James, a painfully quiet and reserved seventeen year old boy with a bleak past and a firm lock on the door to his future. His mental health battle, fueled through panic attacks and nightmares, adds an additional strain to their fragile relationship and forces Sarah to question how much she really knows what on February 13th, the night James' father had committed suicide. When she begins to suspect that there is more to the death of James' father than what is written on the police report, Sarah learns that she needs to conduct her own murder investigation; this time, however, inside her own home with a broken young boy that she is starting to love.

If you're an aspiring author in India, you're probably aware of how the publishing landscape has evolved dramatically over the past decade. Traditional publishing houses once held the gatekeeping power to decide which manuscripts reached the market. But in today's digital age, self-publishing has become a powerful alternative - giving writers full creative control, higher royalties, and faster timelines.

A Trip to Planet X is my first story, written in 1975 by a seven-year-old me obsessed with space and aliens. It tells the story of first contact between Earthlings and beings from another planet. Long forgotten in a file box, it was rediscovered decades later. Enjoy this riveting story and whimsical commentary by the (grown up) author.

When Ana lost her father she lost everything. Years after the fact she is still haunted by his last words and the knowledge that nothing will ever be the same. She lost her dad, her home and her anonymity. Now, ten years later, she is trying to find herself again. In losing her son, Catherine gained her granddaughter. Was that a fair trade? No. Was it what got her through those early days? Yes. Now she had to say goodbye, and she wasn't sure she was ready to. *** On September 11th 2001, 2,977 people fell victim to 19 associates of the al-Qaeda Islamic extremist group who hijacked four airplanes, executing Suicide Attacks on The World Trade Centre and The Pentagon as well as attempting to do so on the, still unknown, destination of Flight 93. The events of this day shaped culture as we know it; 24 hour news broadcasts, increased airline security and a new found, aggressive approach to combating terrorist organisations all stemmed from 9/11, and with an event that affected the masses in such a drastic way it is often difficult to identify the individuals whose lives were completely changed. Over 3,000 children under the age of 18 lost a parent on 11 September 2001 and this is the statistic that most influenced my research and writing. 08:46:40 was written as my dissertation piece for the degree of English Literature with Creative Writing in 2015 and is still one of my proudest achievements. I hope you enjoy it.
