"A whirlwind of emotions." Do you ever feel like there are outside influences that can hardly be understood, nor perceived? When 17-year aged Veronica Willow Larche graduates high school, with honors, she can't wait to get her future started. Her life's dream of being a flight paramedic/pilot, is taking off. Sweet, energetic, determined, and learns quickly, Veronica's always loved helping people. Be that as it may, while true, is that her only reason? Growing up in a family of some of the most noblest , toughest of emergency personnel, or military veterans, Veronica aspires to become the next generation of best flight rescue paramedic + pilots. Earning a full ride scholarship to Oklahoma University, is no easy feat. Joining the next generation of one of Oklahoma's most grueling programs is an absolute honor. For her, helping those in need, no matter what, is not just an everyday value: it's her calling. But, when a near-fatal accident forces Veronica back to her past, she must answer a difficult question: is her ambition obsession rooted in pure altruism, or regret? This is not just her redemption story; this is her definition of what it means to have true courage. *(DISCLAIMER: the new cover shown above is not my original creation. It's based on a rough sketch I did months ago; but, someone by the name if Olivia had it commission). Regardless, I Pray you all enjoy!

We all wanna be accepted but in the result we always seem to choose the wrong person. We choose to become the person society wants us to be in order to feel and be accepted. But really we shouldn't give in to that power for regardless of society, we must do the thing we cannot do! We must be brave, courageous and strong; and become the person we wanna be while screwing what society will think!

Inspiring ourselves is important. In order to be ready to inspire others with all the kinds of things that have inspired us by being selfish and working on areas of ourselves; we need to inspire ourselves long enough with more than enough progress to be a role model for others. If you want to inspire others, as hard and challenging it may be to hear this, but we have to work on inspiring ourselves. Inspire yourself, you don't have to follow the inspiration like your own parents or anyone else. You can follow your own. Follow the inspiration of those who you look up to: celebrities, musicians, actresses, singers, and anyone else you have looked up to in your life.

Mental health is so important. It's also important to have the education and knowledge so we can let mental health impact our lives in many ways overall all aspects and areas of our lives. I guarantee you that if we let it do its magic in our lives, we will see our lives improving in ways we never imagined possible. With the methods, mindsets, lifestyles we all live and follow in our own individual lives, it's no lie that they have become quite unhealthy, unethical in different ways, as well as unsuccessful for the things and outcomes we expect in result. So what I'm saying here is that educating ourselves on mental health and mental illness (including addictions), we are then able to actually receive the results we want due to a change in mindset, thinking, lifestyle and every aspect of one's life; the right, healthy, logical, ethical, smart, and positive method that is proven to be more successful as long as we let it have its impact and it's job in our own lives! So therefore, I believe that psychology can change the world and by that I also mean fix the world and the future as long as we let it. We must allow ourselves to feel uncomfortable by stepping out of our comfort zone for change to happen. Because no change happens in a comfort zone, as for no actions of challenging ourselves, only remaining where and what we are. Being uncomfortable is one of the ingredients when it comes to letting and allowing change to happen in our lives including with ourselves! It also involves taking some risks and chances as much as experiencing moments in life that we do not like but have to accept and let life do its magic so it can in time, change us for the better. And so I've created this book to help educate, encourage, inspire all of you of the importance of mental health as all the little yet important subtopics of the subject so we all can let mental health feel welcome as well as being an important yet shameless part of our society and our world as a whole!

Loving yourself is tough. Waking up every day with a proud sense of who you are can feel exhausting, or even impossible. But we all know, deep down, we can be the best versions of ourselves when we love ourselves fiercely and freely. Sometimes it takes mantras and prayers and sticky notes on the wall and chats in the mirror to make self-love stick. Poetry can help too.
