We are asked to decide our lifelong career when we're barely 17. How many of us made the right choice? I was in the middle of the most exciting trip in my life when I got I got the news of my academic probation from my university. My education loan would get cancelled. What did I do?

Oshima Toshinobu was a renowned businessperson who had published a lot of books. Tamura, the main character of this story, attended a seminar held by Oshima and met a woman named Sakamoto. Through Sakamoto, Tamura gradually came to know what Oshima was like. In Japan, there are many cultic groups, and though this story is a fiction, you will be able to catch a glimpse of such groups through reading it. I first wrote this story in Japanese and translated it into English.
