Nethuka frowned as he saw no reason for Akesh to laugh. How very rude of him! "Nah....nooo" Akesh's smile grew in to a laughter as he looked at Nethuka's offended face. Nethuka's dark eyebrows joined as he glared at him suspiciously while chewing the bite he took from the doughnut quite vigorously imagining it to be Akesh's head. "WHAT!" He yelled at Akesh who was laughing histerically as soon as he swallowed it down. "Nothing" Said Akesh looking at Nethuka in the eye. And for a second he felt lost in those bead like black eyes of the boy before him. "Nah.. nothing". Thalia reflects on her childhood memories, filled with her mother's music and their shared love for the ocean, symbolized by a surfboard adorned with turtle stickers. As she revisits their old home, she feels a poignant mix of nostalgia and pain from her mother's abandonment. Seeking solace, Thalia heads to the beach, where memories and whispers about her mother, Tala, haunt her. Caught in the surf, she nearly drowns, only to be reminded of her loss upon reaching the shore. There, she encounters a struggling turtle hatchling, which mirrors her own fight against the currents of life. This encounter sparks a moment of clarity for Thalia. She realizes that, like the little turtle, she too must find her own way. Embracing a renewed sense of purpose, Thalia helps the hatchling reach the ocean and resolves to carve out her own path, honoring her past while looking forward to a future shaped by her own strength and resilience. As the sun sets, she heads back home, surfboard in hand, ready to face whatever comes next, one wave at a time.

It all started with an encounter, between a boy who never expected to get into a relationship and a girl who just got out of the relationship. The encounter was unexpected yet spontaneous, seemingly out of the blue yet bound to happen. Since their first met, deep down the boy have felt like he has known the girl for a very very long, time. Through the late-night study sessions in the library, late-night walks while exploring the city, clubbing with friends, watching their first-ever boring orchestra concert and attending white night event in Melbourne, all these unique memories have reshaped the boy's study abroad experience. This has not just become the usual relationship with just "I love you's" tossing around to one another, but has led up the path of self-discovery and self-reflection for the boy. This is a story that showcases how the boy and girl deal with the pandemic that has turned their life plans upside down.
