For Valerie Alaric, her family was the most important thing to her. Her bestie, Mira Weldon was also on that list. So that drove her to always make them proud in everything. So when, the royal family, decided to pay a visit to the Weldon home; where she works as a maid, and the crowned prince starts paying her a lot of attention, she starts to question whether she could actually keep her promises and never disappoint any of them. ( I am not really good at writing plots, so please give my book a chance. Thank you)

"I want the both of you to be happy. I'm sorry for being selfish. Don't be guilty, I still love you both." With that, I ran outside of the gym, no turning back, no hesitations, leaving the people with shock and confusion. A "kinda" short story about love, selflessness, acceptance and self-love. Happy Reading everyone. (all love, chaabichin)

Bond Over Bridges: 'Cause true love can stand the worst, fight the impossible and still emerge valiant... "I loved him. He loved me. Everything was great, smooth." I started, smiling a bit. "But how, in the nature of god can it ever stay like that? There were problems which neither of us cared about, 'cause we knew, that we could no longer face the excruciating pain of staying apart." I continued, stealing small glances at the tattooed boy in front of me. "I was his strength, and he was mine. But Liam, I just could not go on anymore, with all the ignorance he was displaying. I did what was best for him, he had to go on. I just couldn't snatch away his career" I completed, tears rolling out of my eyes, he stood still, hearing me out intricately, his hands folded over his chest. "What you did wasn't the only option, Sam. You could've done something,...." He paused. "Something that might not have ruined him" "Liam, just understand me, Nia-., he, needed, to concentr-" I pronounced, trying to explain myself out. "Leaving him did not work, Sam" Liam growled. Falltown, a small town by a great lake, is upset because fall is late and the people miss the fall colors. The people learn from a little girl, Lisa, that Mr. Squallman, the wind, has taken their fall season. Lisa thinks she knows where the wind is hiding fall. With permission from her parents, she set out to find the wind and to get him to return fall to Falltown. Along the way, she finds the help of three friends, Old Man Quail, Old Man Beaver, and Old Man Fox, to help outsmart the wind if she needs any. When Lisa meets Mr. Wind, she gets him to play his favorite game, riddles, a game he never loses. However, he says he will only play if her friends play too, and if any of them or Lisa loses, he wins and gets to keep spring. To his dismay, they each answered their riddles, and so, knowing he lost, Mr. Squallman, with a change of heart, as promised, returned spring to its rightful owners. As they travel back, Mr. Wind allows the breeze to flow, bringing the colors back. When Lisa and the wind reach Falltown, everyone sees her and, seeing all the colors on the trees, they thank her for bringing fall back to Falltown. But Lisa knows she could not have done it with the wind, and she quietly thanks him for keeping his promise.

"The Last Leaf" is a heartwarming and emotional short story by O. Henry, one of America's most famous short story writers, known for his clever twists and vivid characters. This story, set in the artist's quarter of Greenwich Village, tells of hope, sacrifice, and the power of friendship. As Johnsy battles pneumonia, her belief that her life is tied to the last leaf on a vine leads to an unforgettable act of selflessness by an old artist, Behrman. This is a public domain work by O. Henry, and I'm sharing it here purely for reading and enjoyment purposes.

Rather than having all of my short fiction stories posted separately, I wanted to have a place where I could compile some of them, especially the particularly brief kinds of works like flash fiction or micro fiction. It'll also save me from having to spend so much time on cover design, haha! [That cover may look fairly simple-even minimalist-but it was no minor feat to assemble.] Hopefully these pieces will inspire people, make them think, and just plain cut through all of this craziness, bull, and dishonesty floating around.... Think of it as the prose counterpart to my "Havoc In Heaven" poetry collection.

There is no lesson to be learned from this short story. Consider it a break from all your typical teenage adventures, a walk inside one night of a good girl, with no intention of changing her "goodness".
