Selfreflective Stories

This is a poem I had to write during my first semester in Literature. It's a metro poem, if you don't know what that is, it's a poem that you write while using public transit. While you are moving you think of what to write and when you stop you write as much as you can down until it moves again. And so the process repeats itself.

Luna Iverson, an athletic ambivert with big dreams of playing pro volleyball one day, is starting grade 10 at Menlon High. Fitting in was never a problem for her, being that she was fairly irrelevant to the in-crowd and was never associated with any sort of controversy, but now, she's been noticed. Will Luna be able to not only stay true to herself and her friends, but also remain strong and stable when faced with mean girls, tough decisions, rumours, peer pressure, and cute boys with green eyes? Short Story - In a world that is ruled by the imagination of a seven-year-old, will Harriet be able to let her closest friend go; or will her devotion to the small child result in the catastrophic realisation that time was never on her side?
