i'll make sure to record love how i think should be felt

Pattern intercept is a poem I wrote originally in 7 parts but decided to break it into 9. This poem explores pivotal moments of inward observation on the journey of how I became aware of emotional and relational loops in my life. A time when my sensitive nature became my perception, my pain became information. I began to understand my newfound awareness and how it became a quiet act of rebellion. As you read you begin to see this is inspired by relational dynamics, and then begins to Morph into recognizing that it's really about patterns. How they form, how they are defended, and what happens when someone becomes conscious enough to interrupt them.

This is not a story, it is about how you and I think about ourselves, some questions that I ask to myself and learned so many new things about myself and same I think you'll also learn new things about yourself by questioning yourself about yourself and also you can learn about others too. Sometimes we feel confused about our feelings, and can't be sure about them, but by questioning ourselves we can find the answers. It doesn't affect anything in your life , but can improve it, and by not changing yourself for others why don't we try to change ourselves for self first? I am not asking too much but it's already too much, and so many things that we can't find by just reading, we have to, you have to ask yourself also, and then we'll learn about ourselves for sure.
