Manic is determined to keep his distance, while Wholesome is just as determined to close it. But when Manic starts getting too comfortable-when his body betrays him in his sleep, clinging to the one person he swears he can't stand-everything starts to unravel. What happens when hatred turns to something else? When the beast stops fighting the hand reaching out to him?
