Story based on the Selkie legends of the British Isles. Maisie and her sisters shed their sealskin coats and become human to dance, but a man takes Maisie's coat and forces her to stay with him on land.

A fireside tale told by an old fisherman to his grandchild, this is the story of a distant island revealed at low tide, a selkie who lingered too long on shore, and a love built on something hidden in rafters.

What happens when your life gets turned upside down, and you become next in line for the throne to rule over the Mag Mell? This is a story I'm writing and it is very much a rough draft currently. Please give feedback, hope you enjoy!

A self-indulgent story about a selkie who runs from the sea and falls in love with a human girl. Somewhat slow burn, but I'm also impatient so we'll see. Set somewhere in Scotland, although the time period isn't explicitly clear. I love Scottish faerie lore, and tried to utilize it with my own twists. This was inspired by a tumblr post (that I can't find now) which essentially conceptualized a selkie dropping her coat at a party, only for a human to pick it up for them, thereby mating the two for life. (FIRST DRAFT!) Many types of Undine exist in the continental kingdom of Cetacea. Sirens prey on sailors with alluring illusions. Mermaids can sing storms into being. Selkies amaze with their incredible strength. Naiads heal using their soothing melodies. True Undines, or Nereids, are much more powerful. Their thoughts and emotions can change currents and summon waves. They are feared and oppressed because of their immense power, yet not all of them use their abilities with malice. Cari is a Nereid, and she wants to end the oppression her people experience. Her mission is thwarted, however, when her mother sends her upon a quest to reclaim the weapon of a distant ancestor. Cari is not one to give up on her dreams. But her quest will further strain the Nereids' relationship with the other Undine races. 𝐋𝐞𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐚 wounded up on La push beach with her two sibling only having little information of her mother's directions and she's determined to keep her siblings safe from their father. 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐞 was hanging out with the pack on La push only to wound up seeing three people come out of the sea looking disoriented, and the older girl ready to fight.
