Authors Note: The allegory of the forest has many meanings. It holds many symbols. Our world is changing and full of strife. People and their views are changing, and suffer from pressures beyond their control. The majority of people are blind to what is better and best for them. Everyone has goals and aspirations, but our flaws and imperfections hinder us. However there is hope as we come to better understand ourselves and overcome our faults, we can achieve our ambitions. There are those that strive to improve themselves for the better. This allegory renders this human struggle for healthy success and overall advancement in the world today.

Dane and Adrian are very close cousins, they have been partners in many problems, Dane is a music writer while Adrian is a singer, but when Keila Tyler came to their life, the careless absent - minded but happy and understanding girl, the two cousins fell to Keila without noticing it, Adrian didn't tell that to Dane because he's not ready, but in some reasons , Dane is getting jealous

A short... poem? Musing? I am unsure what this is as it does not resemble a set writing structure. This was just a short written piece exploring my interests in the concept of 'the Self and the Other', and how they apply to a person's everyday life. Do our Selves eventually become us, even if that is what we had not planned for?

In detention, Dylan, Royal, and Olivia's boredom leads them to a dusty attic where Dylan's impulsive wish upon a strange locket rips them through dimensions, not just time. They land in a sleek, yet eerily quiet, futuristic city in the year 2247 of different dimension where they strangely encounter older versions of themselves. However, this isn't their future, but a parallel reality teetering on the brink of collapse. A devastating viral disease, triggered by specific radiation, has ravaged this world. Their future selves, hardened by this grim reality, reveal that the locket is a dangerous artifact capable of interdimensional travel, and its activation has destabilized their already fragile world. Now, the three friends must team up with their older, battle-worn counterparts to understand the locket's power, fight the spread of the disease, and find a way to restore balance before both their realities are lost forever. Their "adventure" has become a desperate fight for survival across dimensions.
