When 17 year-old Rose gets a text from her friend with a link to a strange website, she has no idea what kind of adventures will await and what amazing people she will meet!

There are those who know their place in the world of Dea, and there are those who submerge themselves in the deep and rough waters in search of power, there is no greater power than the power of the gods and goddesses who created Dea and all who live and all who die. The promisers, direct decedents of the gods and goddesses promise protection and safety for those who keep the peace. A long time ago humans and the protectors made a promise to never challenge each other so the world of Dea could continue to be peaceful, but when mortal fools driven by the traitorous gods and the hunger for power shatter the promise into a million glass pieces, humanity will quickly learn the wrath and power of Betrayal.

This is a flash-fiction style piece just over 1,000 words. The scene is up to interpretation, and I wrote it without honestly thinking of what I wanted people to understand from it, so I hope anyone who reads it enjoys it! Any constructive criticism/feedback is welcome, but please be kind about it! Would love to hear what people think of the story itself since it's still a work in progress
