This book is not written from the perspective of someone who figured everything out. I am still in the process. Still being formed. Still learning what it means to give myself fully. What I offer here are stories, moments that stayed with me. Moments that broke me, changed me, and slowly taught me that love is never separated from sacrifice.

Frances Louisse Villanueva is a biology student from Lyceum-Northwestern University, a fragile woman who slipped from the floor in Sm Dagupan miraculously someone managed to caught her by Cillian Lopez, a seminarian from Mary Help of Christians College Seminary. Until at some time, a string of fate always playing at them to meet each other always unexpectedly.

Theodisius Claud is a freaking gamer. He loves to play life's maze as well as women's heart. But he's already sure on what vocation he's planning to take-the vocation of priesthood. Along the way, unexpected event happened. One of his apostolate days, he met this extraordinary girl that will change his dream vocation. Thomas Michelson is a student at a midwestern seminary in the 1990s. Unsure of his calling, and even more unsure about relationships with women, he finds his world upended when he reads Tess of the d'Urbervilles for one of his classes, and finds that the young woman he is dating reminds him of Thomas Hardy's heroine. Vowing to not repeat the plot of Tess, he stumbles into his own Hardyesque tragedy, while his friends, who are also reporting on Hardy novels, follow similar paths.
