"What's your name?" He asked, and I stood there frozen. The smile was warm enough, looked inviting as I swallowed my nerves. The stranger pulls his hand back, nodding to himself like he understands. "You don't have one?"
I shake my head in reply, because I do have one but I can't say it. I decide to try my hardest to push back every doubt in my brain. "I have one," I pause before letting any words get stuck in my throat. I take another breath and shrug my shoulders to try and make the stranger back off. "It's a long name."
The boy just smiled back. Simple and bright.
"Enlighten me."
