Two week before Ryonan practise game with Shohoku, something had happen to Hanamichi Sakuragi, Rukawa Kaede and Yohei Mito. They were had accident drink potion on their bottles that make by Kaede's fangirls. It had cause the chaos when Hanamichi, Kaede and Yohei had turn into a female forever. Hanamichi seem furious at Kaede's fangirls but she had accept her fate as a female forever. Same as Kaede and Yohei. What will their fate be?

Namikaze Naruko was a girlfriend of Rukawa Kaede since Kaede asked her out and be his lover. Naruko had come back from America and join the Shohoku high School. When she arrived at Japan, she want to make a surprise to Kaede as she asked where Kaede going in Saturday. Kaede did told her that he will going to Ryonan because practise game with them. With a surprise to Kaede, she come at Ryonan's gym as the teams ended the first half time. Naruko come which surprise Kaede make them reunited again. What will their reaction to Naruko? Will Naruko get peace day with her boyfriend? Will Hanamichi ended up his stupid jealousy to Kaede?
