When she arrived at Japan, she want to make a surprise to Kaede as she asked where Kaede going in Saturday. Kaede did told her that he will going to Ryonan because practise game with them. With a surprise to Kaede, she come at Ryonan's gym as the teams ended the first half time. Naruko come which surprise Kaede make them reunited again. What will their reaction to Naruko? After Shohoku won the Shohoku match with Shoyo, Kaede's fans started doing crazy things to give Kaede a potion. However, their plan was overheard by Hanamichi and Yohei. Hanamichi and Yohei tried to stop Kaede's fans from doing something stupid but failed when Hanamichi and Yohei fell on Kaede, causing the potion to spill into all three of their mouths. Then the tragedy occurred, causing Hanamichi, Kaede and Yohei to turn into women forever. What will they do in their situation? What will their destiny?

Hanako and Yoko were the victims of what Rukawa Kaede's fangirls did to Takenori's little sister, Haruko as they tried to save Haruko. Because of that, Hanako and Yoko were stuck being girls forever. Hanako has a problem with feelings when come to Shohoku Rukawa Kaede, Ryonan Sendoh Akira and Kainan Maki Shinichi while Yoko has a problem feeling with Shohoku Hisashi Mitsui and Kainan Soichiro Jin. What will they do? Will they accept their feelings?
