Concerning the job of the minister, the Bible says an extraordinary arrangement. The essential terms that depict the position of the minister are "senior," "diocesan," and "educator" (1 Timothy 3:1-13). "Senior" (from which we get our statement episcopal) alludes to the oversight of the devotees, and it includes educating, lecturing, being mindful, and practicing authority where required.
