A small, sleepy, town is the idealic place to live. Or so Lilly Hayes thought... When tragedy strikes she isn't happy with the lack of information. It seems like the only answers she's getting are about what isn't found. She takes things into her own hands to find the truth behind the gruesome murder that's upended her whole life. What will she find?

I will just upload some things I thought (or did) when I was little and things I'm thinking about nowadays. So yeah not really special or important but I have too much time and am too easily bored. I may upload in German and in English and definitely irregularly. ~Sayonara

The year is 1879. When thirteen-year-old Ruth Merritt Holbrook emerges from her family's burning estate, bloody and charred, but entirely numb--She makes headlines. Reporters believe she is deranged. They accuse her of having set the fire. All the headlines read: "UNSUSPECTING FAMILY SLAIN BY DERANGED DAUGHTER." Everyone believes it. How else could a highbred girl exit a burning building, injured yet senseless? Why did she not scream or cry? The police tell her she is a killer. The doctors tell her she is mad. I studied the Victorian era/ genre and wrote a novel in the styles of "Dracula" and Leanna Renee Hieber's "Darker Still." There are a lot of sections but they are all fairly short. Also, it may not be perfectly edited. To the wonderful grammar wizards out there, don't worry about it. Just sit back and enjoy the story and characters, I'll deal with the grammar later. Most of my better works happened in this stadium :D I also wanted to thank everyone who read my poetry collection (and of course my other works!). Evelyn's life was nearly perfect; perfect grades, perfectly rich parents but an annoying, grotty hockey boy across her dorm room. What will Evelyn do when she looses her ice skating partner one month before the competition? Will she finally give in to let a guy from the hockey team fill in, or will she keep on pushing him away no matter his attempts to get close to her? ☃︎ ☃︎ ☃︎ Tim's life was far from perfect but there were two small sparks in his darkness; hockey on ice with his friends and a girl across the hall who despised him. As soon as he hears her skating partner has left her one month before the competition, he jumps on the occasion and arranges things so he would be her skating partner. There are only two problems now, he has no experience in figure skating and the girl he loves refuses to open up to him. Will he give up, make a fool of himself, loose the competition and make her hate him more or will he try his hardest to make them come on top?
