This is a story about a cute little idiot bumbling her way through her self declared love rivalry at full steam, completely and stubbornly oblivious to the fact that the one her rival is pursuing isn't her prince charming at all.

Kim Jiyeon thinks her doctor is definitely rude, arrogant a̶t̶t̶r̶a̶c̶t̶i̶v̶e̶, and completely lacking in bedside manner; and Kim Hyunjung despises having a celebrity patient, especially an annoying, insufferable i̶n̶s̶a̶n̶e̶l̶y̶ ̶p̶r̶e̶t̶t̶y̶ idol. (or, a seolbo au where Jiyeon is a soloist artist and Hyunjung is a doctor.)
