Inspired by "I'll Be Here" from Ordinary Days Tragedy hits in a short two-part story as told by the nameless narrator. Their first love was lost and heartbreak ran free until nine years later.

This is an interpretation of Ceridwen Dovey's 'Only The Animals' that I did for school. It is based on September 11th, 2001, so there is death, and is in the view of a guide dog. Enjoy crying :)

Maxine Jones has definitely not had the ordinary life. September 11th, 2001 has scarred her, scared her, and twisted her mind. Between bullies, school, and a broken family, she has to deal with her problems head-on and look ahead to find her path. I'm bad at descriptions, but this book is good! I promise! :)

A man is hit in the terrorist attack of nine eleven. His wife is stuck crying with their two children wishing they had their father, husband, companion, and friend. He was sent to a hospital across the country to live. When he wakes up he knows nothing about his life. The only connection he has with his life is a wedding ring that has his loved one's name engraved and the year of marriage. Or at least that's what he thinks it is. Will he ever find his wife will they be forced apart never to be together again? Are his children going to be stuck without a father of will they see him as a father? Try to find out❤

This story is just a spin on the 9/11 events. This is told from the perspective of flight attendant Betty Ong, with a few added details that weren't able to be told. God bless those who died that day, and pray for their families.

Please read but keep in mind this is just a rough draft. I can promise you that there'll be typos and horrible flow, but I promise to fix it all tomorrow.

It's me with another 9/11 story bc I have some weird stomach bug North Tower. She's an 11-year-old Manhattan native in the sixth grade. This girl loves reading, writing, art, and spending time with the best twin sister in the world. She also captains a team in one of the most well-known junior ice hockey leagues in the country. The only odd thing about her? She is the heart and soul...of one of the most famous buildings in New York City. Even that isn't very odd, at least not until the building comes crashing down one seemingly normal Tuesday morning. South Tower. 2001 is gonna be HER YEAR! Well...of course she's sharing it with her sister. Her silver hair, piercing silver eyes, and pale silver skin make her stand out from the millions of New Yorkers around her. Unlike her sister, she shines bright between the pipes as an extremely talented young goaltender. Everything else about her is the same as her sister, so they get along very well. South Tower really loves being a twin. Especially a Twin Tower. Trevor. He is twenty-one years old and just started working as a financial advisor in the 7 World Trade Center building. Living and working in bustling, colorful Lower Manhattan was his dream throughout all of his mostly boring Oklahoma childhood, and now he finally gets to do it for real! But one hot Tuesday morning in mid-September changes his New York City life in ways he never imagined. James. He's finally turning forty years old. He's the proud father of identical twin girls and the owner of a very successful Manhattan café. September 11 is going to be a very busy birthday for James! In addition to being a busy day, it will also be an emotional day. Especially when his daughters, the World Trade Center's Twin Towers, collapse and perish before his very eyes. The worst day in the history of the United States started out normally, a day like any other. That quickly changed for so many people during a time no one will ever forget. I wrote this for my English class in 8th grade as part of an assignment and felt like sharing it.

This is dedicated to all the firemen, paramedics, civilians, and people who lost loved ones on the morning of September 11th, 2001. This is a story about friendship and radio silence, panic and loss and about finding something that was really always there. But perhaps this is really a story about lakes, rocks and ripples. Because - at the heart - that's really what 9/11 is. Alternating POV * ** * Disclaimer: I do not own Elementary; I am not personally connected to 9/11; I do not speak for anyone; this is simply a work of fiction designed to work through feelings and emotions. AN: I'm not sure this is absolutely my favorite story, but it is definitely the one I am most proud of. It's not actually a style I'm used to, but I was feeling emotional and inspired and I thought to myself 'let's see where this idea leads' and things had gone off the rails before I realized. This is the story that burned me out, I think, but it's also therapeutic for me because there were some things that needed to come out despite having no 'real' connection to 9/11. Please no spoilers in the comments - I haven't seen The Finale yet -, but I am reasonably certain that there are no spoilers in this story. Just in case, please familiarize yourself with at least up to Season/Series 5 episode 'Fidelity' and know the following characters: Ms. Hudson, Lin, Alfredo, Kitty, Archie and a few others including Mason of the Irregulars. Rating: I have a problem with rating this story, because of a variety of reasons. On the one hand, I understand 'Mature'. On the other, it's 9/11. Fully grown adults back then are still having trouble understanding it now. How is something like this supposed to be categorized? Kids get dragged into natural and manmade disasters and tragedies, but this is on a whole different level and they have to learn about 9/11. If pressed, I can rate it 'M', but I think it is best left 'Unrated'.
