Takes place after "9/11 Averted". Logan, Dicky, and Andrea wake up to a whole new world upon discovering that their scheme to stop the 9/11 attacks worked. Now they have to live in a world where 9/11 never happened and deal with the sudden outbreak of peace and kindness that came as a result of their scheme.

Drawing inspiration from another WattPad user, (WattPader?) I decided to start this book filled anecdotes, stories, and events from my life, as well as the occasional rant, pontification, observation, or musings. Basically, here is a look inside this old nerd's mind. Please excuse the mess. Thanks to VickyAruwa03 for the idea.

"Calum? Are you in that tower?"

3,051 children lost a parent on the 9th of September 2001. At 5, Laura Marano lost her superhero. 10 years on and Laura still can't get him out of her head. If only there was someone who could've helped him out, then maybe he would be here today. One day, every year, the wound that opened the day he died reopens. Laura often finds herself wondering if anything will ever be the way it was before. Then Laura finds Ross and everything changes. But Ross is hiding something, Laura is sure of it. Ross acts as if he has known her forever but she has no idea who he is. She always has this sense of déjà vu whenever she sees him but she has no idea why. Laura and Ross become inseparable. That is until Ross suddenly disappears after Laura remembers where she saw him. Only then does Laura realise how much she needs him and how much he meant to her. Will Laura ever find Ross or will her superhero never return to her just like her last one did?

Alexis is what you'd call a normal girl. She has a normal life; good friends, a good family. She even lives in New York City where she couldn't feel more proud of her dad's position at the World Trade Center. One morning though, she decides to skip school to visit her dad's office, a potentially fatal mistake which puts her in danger she could have never imagined. Jenn has always lived a small life. She grew up in a small town in the Northwest, not really known for anything. But, for her twenty-first birthday, she decides to move to New York to escape being nothing. To her amazement, she scores a brand new job at New York's greatest landmark, the Twin Towers. There, she meets a new friend whom she becomes really close with. When the planes collide into the towers, their bond is more important than ever as they both try to get out alive.

The worst day in the history of the United States started out normally, a day like any other. That quickly changed for so many people during a time no one will ever forget. I wrote this for my English class in 8th grade as part of an assignment and felt like sharing it.

Just as she sets foot on the stairwell, however, disaster strikes....in the form of an airplane tearing through the building. Follow Monica's story before, during, and after the events of 9/11. See how she meets people that will later become her lifelong friends. See how she uses her cleverness to quickly and efficiently escape the North Tower in the face of sure death. See how she comes to terms with the tragic loss of her father. This is an interpretation of Ceridwen Dovey's 'Only The Animals' that I did for school. It is based on September 11th, 2001, so there is death, and is in the view of a guide dog. Enjoy crying :)

This is a story about friendship and radio silence, panic and loss and about finding something that was really always there. But perhaps this is really a story about lakes, rocks and ripples. Because - at the heart - that's really what 9/11 is. Alternating POV * ** * Disclaimer: I do not own Elementary; I am not personally connected to 9/11; I do not speak for anyone; this is simply a work of fiction designed to work through feelings and emotions. AN: I'm not sure this is absolutely my favorite story, but it is definitely the one I am most proud of. It's not actually a style I'm used to, but I was feeling emotional and inspired and I thought to myself 'let's see where this idea leads' and things had gone off the rails before I realized. This is the story that burned me out, I think, but it's also therapeutic for me because there were some things that needed to come out despite having no 'real' connection to 9/11. Please no spoilers in the comments - I haven't seen The Finale yet -, but I am reasonably certain that there are no spoilers in this story. Just in case, please familiarize yourself with at least up to Season/Series 5 episode 'Fidelity' and know the following characters: Ms. Hudson, Lin, Alfredo, Kitty, Archie and a few others including Mason of the Irregulars. Rating: I have a problem with rating this story, because of a variety of reasons. On the one hand, I understand 'Mature'. On the other, it's 9/11. Fully grown adults back then are still having trouble understanding it now. How is something like this supposed to be categorized? Kids get dragged into natural and manmade disasters and tragedies, but this is on a whole different level and they have to learn about 9/11. If pressed, I can rate it 'M', but I think it is best left 'Unrated'.

Two friends growing up in the American Midwest, one Chinese-American the other, Turkish-American, have their lives turned upside-down by the 9/11 attacks. They struggle to come to terms with what it means to be American in a world where they never quite fit in.
