a young boy attends kuoh middle school. he's not popular. in fact he gets bullied. a school dance was coming up and he got asked by a pretty girl to go with him. at the dance he was stood up. the girl walked in with her boyfriend and kissed him In front of everyone. then proceeded to dump punch all over the boys clothes. he ran out. it's been 3 years since then. he's been presumed dead and all his bullies got off Scott free. Not even a slap on the wrist. his friend koneko had to watch as her crush got bullied. being told by rias devil and human love was forbidden. she broke when he was announced dead by the police. 3 years later a boy comes back bearing his first name. but it can't be the same person. right?
