Have you ever wanted to know the answer to something? Been so interested in a topic that you stayed up well past your bedtime to research why something was the way it was, or if it was possible for it to ever be anything different? I have. That's why I got started, the Remembrance. I was only supposed to be the Chronicle of our History, so everyone could have the same access to learning as Time Lords did. It wasn't supposed to just be for me, or them. It was for everyone. I guess that naivety is what very quickly turned the wintry Elizabeth into the small and broken Eliza. The Remembrance of the Dead. My love of learning and Archiving quickly got turned against me when people showed what they could all do with even the simplest of things. Teach someone to make fire? They'd burn down their neighbours and rule with a red hot fist, until someone else learned and fought back. War and carnage ensues. But that's just it, isn't it? Knowledge is powerful, and it is always too tempting to misuse that power over someone lacking in it. This is the story of my brother and I, Lost in the Temptation of learning, where perhaps we went a little too deep for our own good. And one of us would say the price for the secrets to be kept.

Kurt has had a rough summer, everyone knows it. His dream is gone, so is his best friend. He hates himself for failing so much. When school starts back up nobody comments that he weighs so much less, that he has circles under his eyes or that his smile is fake. He throws himself into helping the Glee club, trying to distract himself from his own spiralling thoughts, but everyone's hurtful words just make him more lost. Maybe he can turn things around? Amy, Isabella Ronald Rory and River Song receive invitations to the Utah desert where they meet the Doctor, who claims to be nearly 200 years older than when they had last seen him and says that he will take them to "Space: 1969". As they dine beside Lake Silencio they witness an unknown figure in a spacesuit kill the Doctor and are then met by an old man called Canton Everett Delaware III, who had also been invited. They meet a younger version of the Doctor who had been invited and land in the Oval Office in 1969, where they are enlisted by President Nixon to assist a younger version of Canton in saving a terrified little girl from a mysterious spaceman. The Doctor traces her to a warehouse in Florida where they investigate, unaware that the warehouse contains creatures which they forget after looking away from. After Isabella tells the Doctor she is pregnant, the little girl appears in a spacesuit and Isabella shoots at her.

This is a collection of scenes from Doctor Who which I have taken the time to look into. During this series, I will be looking at scenes from NuWho and try and get inside of the minds of characters involved and how the scene interacts with the arch of the show. I am open to requests as well as I cannot think of all of the scenes worthy of analysis on my own. If you have a scene in mind then let me know! I will have a look at any scene, from any series, any Doctor - so long as it is from NuWho (I don't know enough about the Classic era to do any scenes justice)

It's time for a holiday for the Doctor and his companions. With the guaranteed journey to the Egyptians, the TARDIS is unable to arrive for some strange reason. She is beginning to play up. Something is wrong. Instead, the TARDIS dumps the Doctor on a planet in it's final moments. A planet filled with dangerous flesh-eating beings - dominated by a more intelligent carnivorous species on the planet's last days, determined to escape to survival... Meanwhile, Amy and Rory are separated from the Doctor. With no idea where he has been left, more strange peculiarities occur with the reappearance of River Song. She is giving clues and hints to where the Ponds must track down the Doctor. Travelling for hundreds and thousands of miles, the hints are getting warmer and warmer. What they arrive to is what could be considered is there holiday destination they first planned... But what has an old Egyptian Pyramid got to do with River Song?
