Detective Parker Smith has spent the last four years working deep undercover. By 2009, Tim had earned his promotion to Training Officer while Natalie was tapped for Detective, fast-tracked into Narcotics, and partnered with her Academy friend, Isabel Blake. But by 2019, everything had changed. Isabel's struggle with addiction began in 2016, and Nat had gone deep undercover in a cartel ring-six months in when a new wave of rookies joined the LAPD.
