"Kendra, I have a bad feeling about you going to the Realm of Light, I've already lost my father to Ronodin. I will not lose you too!" He said clasping her shoulders with his hands. She stared into his ocean blue eyes and before she was able to respond, she felt something start to bubble in her chest. Then she felt her whole body come to life with rays of light. Soon she was consumed in the light and the next thing she saw was the throne room in the Fairy Realms palace.

When they get there, they are greated by freindly faces, of Dragonwatch members and some...no one knew. An hour into the party Dragonwatch members including their family and friends are drugged and dragged away. Only Kendra and Seth manages to escape along with a girl named Willow. Can they save Dragonwatch? Or will they get caught in the process? (This is a fanfic of the Fablehaven/ Dragonwatch series. I own almost none of the characters shown in this story. This is an alternate telling of how Bracken is brought into the story of Fablehaven and how Alyssa becomes a part of the story for more than the few canon pages. It starts in the fourth book when Kendra is held prisoner by Torina. Also, I ship Alyssa and Kendra, this isn't a brackendra story. Title inspired by Heroes by David Bowie :)

But today he had gotten lost, with this weird sensation of being watched he hurried becoming more and more lost. But he finds something that takes him somewhere called the Underworld, full of death and unspeakable creatures. Can he escape? Can he survive? While Kendra Sorenson is back in Fablehaven trying to figure out how to save her brother. As each day went on she comes more worried, finally one day she finds herself having to choose. Destroy the Underworld and let her brother die, or go inside and try and save her possibly alive brother. Takes place after Dragonwatch 5 (Last few parts will be out in a few days!
