Arte Kiwazawa, a 37 year old woman, who just came back to the US for further studying in military and politics, after her 2 week vacation in Japan, finds herself stuck in the middle of a deadly conflict that is soon spreading around everywhere, impacting everyone globally. She is the only person who has magic left, and is getting hunted down because of it.
