Sebastian is that one kid in the back of the class who never says much. Which is why it's a shock when there's a note stuffed in his locker. "I would walk a thousand miles to be with you. However his best friend Sterling has other ideas. They think that Seb should figure out Who sent the note and talk to them. He has a very important decision to make that could make his last year in high school worth while.

This is the story of how I went from suicidal and depressed to finally feeling happy again. It's how I view things and what happened to me. If you are going to call me attention seeking or say something negative don't bother because chances are I've heard it before and I will not hesitate to block you or report you. If any one needs anyone I am right here.

This is a book on why death jokes are not funny. I want to rant about this. Anyone that wants to argue with me, don't read. Simple.

What it's like to live daily with anxiety.

*Possible trigger warning* A lot of screwed up things happen in people's lives, in many different severities. Most decide to keep quiet. Hell, I did for a long time. But now I'm letting it out in the only way I know how; by writing. So, I guess you can follow along and get to know me. The good and the bad. Some of these will be structured poems conveying cryptic messages, others will be frantic rants from late hours of the night. Have a good read.

I have severe anxiety, from time to time, and there are certain things that trigger it. But, I have a lot of strategies for coping with it.

Just a little thing that's been tough for me, there will be swearing, the mentions of medication are all prescribed medications called ritilan I can't spell it.

I'm the quiet kid. I say nothing, but I hear and see oh so much. Anxiety is a theme in this book, for I myself have severe anxiety. The purpose of this book is not to please you with artistically crafted sentences and fancy words. I'm here to share thoughts and spread awareness of life with anxiety. " In my head I can put together ideas, words, images, things bursting with color, but when spoken they turn grey. It keeps me trapped in the silence. Thoughts pound on the door but the door will not open. "
