Kelly Severide and Taylor Ryan Voight have known each other since they were kids. Their fathers were close friends. After high school, they split ways and lost contact. Kelly enrolled in the Chicago Fire Academy. While Taylor enlisted in The United States Marines. Ten years later Taylor has returned to Chicago. Now she is a detective and sniper for the Intelligence Unit for CPD. Kelly is now a squad lieutenant for Firehouse 51, Squad 3. No one has heard from Taylor except for her father three years ago. Taylor wonders if Chicago is worth all the trouble. But anything was better than what she'd been running from.

Juliet Severide, the youngest of the Severide siblings, proudly serves as a firefighter on Truck 81, a job she loves with all her heart. She's tough, loyal, and passionate about her work. But when she unexpectedly starts falling for a certain firefighter, she tries to fight it, haunted by the scars of a past relationship. Still, her heart begins to win over her head. Hailey Severide was one of the best beat cops Chicago had ever seen. Well in her and her brother's Kelly's opinion. She had spent the first four years of her adult life as a paramedic and firehouse 51. When she finished college she joined the Chicago police department. Jay Halstead was not ready of anything serious. He was a detective in Intelligence. But when he is partnered with a smart, funny, beautiful girl things would change. I don't own any of the One Chicago characters but I do own Hailey and her storyline. The plot doesn't follow One Chicago but it is very similar.

Based on the season 5 finale and onward to season 6. This story is all about what I think will happen and what I want to happen in the upcoming season of Chicago Fire. Casey, Hermann, Mouch, Severide, Kannel, Otis, and Kidd are all trapped in the warehouse with all exists blocked. The fires heating up and that could mean the end to it all. Casey fears the worst and must say goodbye to Gabby. He must make things right before it's too late. Who will make it out alive? Who will be saying goodbye? What's next for Dawsey? Anything can happen. It's just about time.... Story beyond the finale is my own, but character belong to the Chicago Fire writers, Dick Wolf!
