it only took one night, at one late party. two kids slowly getting buzzed off of watered down liqor and kvass from plastic cups. (Pretense that I am not russian, And simply decided to set this story in Russia based off exactly one of the dad already being russian. Bc why not. And it'd be interesting to research and try to write accurately.)
