The SG-1 and SG-4 teams find themselves on a world dominated by a colossal metal city. Several generations ago, a 'fracture' occurred, splitting the city and forcing the surviving citizens into small, isolated city-states. These city-states are in a constant struggle to survive, resulting in the making and breaking of alliances where only the strongest can flourish. The SG teams find themselves in the middle of a conflict between several factions. As the struggles reach a head, an attack disrupts the ability of the teams to reach Earth. With a rumor of a second stargate located on the outskirts of the city, the teams begin a journey across, through, and under the metal city.
