A short story about a murderer and his "victims"

There is a boy named fin and a girl named Caitlin. There mum and there dad let them out in the woods. There house is in the forest next to a wonderful pond. There house is made out of wooden planks and leaves . When they want in the woods a grizzly bear tried to eat them but failed terribly . In the woods they found a book so Fin decided to open it but little did the children know it was a magical book to a land that is half bad but at the same time half good.
