Ren Suzugamori had been alone since he was twelve. He lost his family too early, and ever since, his life had been nothing but long, tiring workdays. It was hard, but at least it was predictable. Safe. Until that night. He was walking home late from work when a star he had never seen before flickered in the sky. He looked up-and the world spun around him. There was no pain, no fear. Just a deep, velvet darkness wrapping around him like a warm blanket. It wasn't cold or scary. It felt... safe. "Don't be afraid," a voice whispered from within him. Calm, Wise, Almost familiar. "I didn't choose you by chance. I've been waiting for you." When Ren opened his eyes, he was no longer in his city. Above him was a sky he had never seen. And beside him stood a translucent, gentle figure, radiating a soft light. "Who are you?" Ren whispered. The figure smiled kindly. "I am the guardian of everything you've lost. And I brought you here because this world needs someone like you. Someone with a pure heart. This is your new beginning." The dark power hadn't taken him away-it had saved him. And for the first time in years, Ren felt something he had almost forgotten: hope.

An all-nation tournament. Wingal was so excited he couldn't sleep. He kept on talking about how he'd take the stage. I don't own Cardfight Vanguard and all credit goes towards Bushiroad, this is mearly for fun and not meant to make a profit, the only things I own are the characters I made, and any made up cards I made, as well as Dark Union. Star Shado is the loner of Xenon high school, always avoiding anybody that tries to talk to him and spends his time in the darkness. Things were how he wanted it to be until he is lead into a vanguard card shop called Card Universe and meets the Diablo Fighter Edge Reyuki. However, Star and his new group of friends find themselves caught up in something even bigger and darker than they can imagine. Created somewhere around February 5th, 2018. Finished July 20, 2018.
