Nothing stays the same forever, but if it did where would the fun in that be? Probably everywhere if Wukong was being honest. He liked it better when he was younger. Don't get him wrong, he loved his life in the present now. With Mk, Mk's friends that were maybe relatives of his past friends. Plus he was loved, something he hadn't had in a while. So why did he miss the past so so so much that it felt a burning sensation in his eyes each time he thought or remembered about? Maybe it wasn't the past itself but something... Someone. Wukong missed that someone more than his ego cloud ever admit but he did what he had to in the past and they went separate ways. Wukong had new friends now, he didn't need that stupid warrior. . . Or maybe he did.

The walls and entrence of the cave were lined with vines and old faded drawings. 'And yet... after all this... how can the Gods be so cruel.' He thought. Macaque recognized this cave. It was one that Wokong and him had visited often when they where younger. For the first time in nearly 20 years, he was back on Flower Fruit Mountain. After some very short thought of the past, he brought his mind elsewhere.

(AU description) the monkey king has an elder sister! crazy right!? but what if she isnt like him? what if she isn't a sun monkey? or a shadow monkey? they call her a dusk monkey. the only one of her species. She name is Makio. Makio was shunned and abused for not being like the rest of her family. When Makio was 18 and Macaque was 13 she kidnapped him because she overheard the others talking about using him as a wepon. watch was Makio teaches Macaque her ways and he becomes almost just like her. After being hit on the head after some training with his mentor Monkey King Mk wakes up in a room with his hip all bloody and bruised but he soon found out it was Redsons room once the fire demon/ Redson walked in. Mk was still so confused Mk hadn't seen Redson for over a year! Nothing make sense to the poor kid so Redson (by force) explains that his mentor has been kidnapped by some demon. So Redson, Macaque, Princess Iorn Fan, Mk, and his friends go on a journey to go save the golden haired monkey but through it all the group struggles severely. Especially a sertan Prince...Everyone had problems and were suffering badly but his were just sad. Redson doesn't want help nor does he want those 'peasants' to worry about him but deep down he was reaching out for a hand to help him out of the deep dark hole he was in but everytime someone offered him help he declined and yelled at them, why? Redsons problems only got worse and worse and soon they had consequences.... The other worried for him deeply but Redson didn't buy it- he didn't want to repeat what happened in the past.... neither did he want to disappoint and disobey his Mother. This journey was going to be harder than everyone thought it was going to be. Now the main question here is will they be able to save the Great Sage without there whole mission going down in flames? This story was made by my friend. She was to scared to post it on her own phone so here I am doing it for her (it's a good fanfic my opinion and I think you should to read it)

Wukong and Macaque have a disagreement and things turn out bad but end happy This story was something I wrote for English class, so it's not exactly accurate but I couldn't make it add up to the lore/actual events cuz it'd be a lil' to gruesome + it needed to be more realistic and not fiction/realistic fiction. (first chapter will be explaining the mechanics of this AU) With the Monkey King possessed, and this Macaque guy who the Monkey King seemed to know also possessed, MK was in a bad situation... With the Lady Bone Demon and the mayor also after him, it only made it worse! MK, now separated from his friends, was worried about them and scared for himself. Seeing your ex from hundreds, maybe even thousands, of years ago, that you just so happened to kill, back from the dead only to be possessed and on the opposite side isn't something the King of the Monkeys was all too happy to see. He knew he had to fight the six eared simian, who wasn't even in control of his own mind and body, but he couldn't bear to hurt him like he did before.

wukong tries doing a stunt with a hijacked plane and macaque is the only sane one there

Macaque starts having fantasies of Wukong and Wukong has no fucking idea. But of course Macaques knows Wukong will never like him back and every time he see's Wukong he'll try and avoid him. Why? Because he doesn't want to get rejected knowing Wukongs WAY out of his league? Kinda but no. Because he gets flustered and embarrassed whenever he sees Wukong do something nice? Also yes but not the main reason. Because he feels like Wukong knows he has fantasies about him? Maybe. Because he gets horny even seeing or hearing Wukongs name sometimes? Who knows. But no, none of those add up to the real reason why. The REAL reason why is Macaques scared of telling Wukong he loves him and wants to spend his whole life with him. He fears that the great sage with make fun of him for it and use it against him knowing that Macaque had a soft spot for him. He knows what happened in the past when he loved Wukong, he died. He was betrayed and left for dead by his dear lover. Wukong would never like Macaque and that just proved it. He didn't want to repeat the past, he didn't want to look like a loving, helpless idoit. He never wanted to fall in love with Wukong again but everything about that peach eating idoit made Macaques cheeks flush and his stomach swist. He hated himself for liking such a person but in the end there was nothing he could do about it. No matter how hard he tryed, He was still deeply head over heels in love with Wukong But little did Macaque know that this affected Wukong badly, Really Really Bad.
