In an 1890's Paris, A young man with a dark, lethal future finds himself questioning his sinister destiny as a beautiful french author sheds light on his dark heart.

First poem on Wattpad. I almost never write in rhyme, but I do find a lot of purpose in romance poems. So often there is too much to express to put into words. And then we go... and put it into words. Slowly. Carefully. Delicately. Sometimes rough around the edges and unable to convey the grandeur and suffering that a human heart can fathom. But nonetheless, we do our best. The heart is a strange thing. I personally believe that the heart is, in fact, quite similar to a lock in purpose and intent.
