Marinette wasn't the kind of girl to fall in love. Emo Marinette gets knocked into Ladybug's universe by an unknown force and is a sassy little goth girl to Alya. She's board and is gonna be stuck there for who know's how long! So why not have a little fun?

When a clash with the Supreme goes horribly wrong and Shadybug is nearly killed, Juleka steps up to the plate. With the help of Claw and Betterfly, Juleka becomes Purple Embers, a hero with the power of creating a raging force field of bright purple flames.

Shadybug glared at Claw as he kept teasing her and Bluebird. Kitsunette and her new girlfriend, Cottentail, the Rabbit Miraculous holder, were making small talk while Honeybee just looked absolutely confused. The next day, Emo Marinette finds out that there will be two new students joining her class.

It's wintertime in Paris and Shadybug isn't too happy about the upcoming cold weather blowing in. After coming back from patrol with Claw and Betterfly, Emo Marinette is told by Tikki that ladybugs don't do well in the colder months. Well she's screwed already with a bad cold that seems to be never-ending. Luckily for Emo Marinette, she has her girlfriend and Adrigami to comfort her.

It's been a few months since Emo Marinette and Emo Adrian had returned to their world, and she thinks that's the end of it. But boy is she wrong. When the portal opens a few months later in her room, Emo Marinette is shocked to find a severely beaten and unconscious Ladybug crash-land in her house and land on her bedroom floor.

It's the spin-off of Miraculous Ladybug based on its third special, Miraculous World Paris.
