I once attempted a fanfic inserting myself and my friends into Paper Mario The Origami King, with Olly being the ally and Olivia being the villain. After playing the game again for the first time in awhile, I decided I want to give it another go and redo it. Though quite a bit has changed, and I've noticed there is now a fic on here also kind of doing a retelling (Paper Mario The Origami King Refolded), with Olivia as the villain as well. I've read it myself, and it's pretty good, and I assure you this story is going to be much different from that, other than that common similarity. Hell, this story won't even have Mario in it at all. It will have Me, my friend Shawna, her f/o Mikhail, Evelyn from the flipline universe, and King Olly as the main heroes traversing the lands, which by the way have 8 streamers instead of 5.... So yeah, just trying to have some good fun with it.

So... listen it's very simple. I'm obsessed with "Memorias de Idhún" (Chronicles of Idhun) since I saw Netflix's adaptation and then decided to read the books. Unfortunately, I couldn't find many stories about this on Wattpad and I decided to make one. So if you like "Memorias de Idhún" (Chronicles of Idhun) either because you have read the books or seen Netflix's adaptation, I hope you like this even a little!

Shawna is a young woman who is eager to begin her next chapter in life, and Grimsborough seems like just the place to do it. She's an aspiring young writer who hopes to become a passionate author to help the world with her books, and while not as open about this dream, she is looking for love as well. Along for the ride, she's bringing some friends who are also looking to fullfill their own dreams, and be there to support her through hers. Her bestie Ethan, Ethan's sassy, frivolous boyfriend Olly, their good friend Tohru, Tohru's grandmother Evelyn, and Ally Kabam, a friend and aspiring entertainer. Other than Shawna and her quirky group of friends, there lies a strong, troubled young man, Mikhail Levin. He grew up without his mother from a young age, and was left with his distant, cold, and abusive father, Anton Levin, the head of the Russian Mafia, and the owner of Levin's, a small restaurant. Unloved, and generally unwanted, he turned to a life of crime, becoming addicted to drugs, alchol, and operating on the streets by the daily just to survive, as his father didn't give him jack shit. Mikhail is currently in a relationship with a woman named Eva Coleman. They were both initially drawn to each other as they thought the other was attractive, with Mikhail desiring someone who would listen and validate his emotions, to help him feel loved and wanted, while Eva desired someone who was strong and would protect her. Their relationship quickly soured into an abusive one, on top of the already abusive one Mikhail has with his estranged father. When Shawna and Mikhail come to meet each other, things take a turn..............
