Sophie questions herself, the Black Swan, even her closest friends towards the end. Loves fragile and new soon lost, new abilities with darker intentions than they were ready for, imperfections in the perfect little weapon, enemies with bonds as deep as family, and secrets. Always so many secrets. Sophie will have to make more than one hard choice. But she is ready to do it. This book takes place directly after the last installment, Legacy, but before Keefe's transformation. His transformation and abilities will all be taking place throughout the duration of the book.
